The Landings was a complete makeover to an existing mall.  Wholesale updates were made to the buildings architecture and the landscape was completely rebuilt.  Changes to the landscape included new enhanced paving in front of all of the shops, fountains, planters and pedestrian access changes.  Pat worked directly with the client, design team and construction crew to build a pedestrian, family friendly shopping center is a FUN place to shop.
