The Edison is a 24-acre office campus with twin 100,000 s.f. buildings connected to a 5,000-square-foot clubhouse.  A center campus green with outdoor patio spaces and lush plantings are an integral part of this loft-office development.  Enhanced pavers, textured concrete and high-tech hardscapes are blended with modern Landscape Design.  PCLA is responsible for the Permit Implementation, Landscape & Hardscape Design and Construction Administration of this two-phase, $40 million project.
