The Pavilion at Port Orange is a 70+ acre open air lifestyle shopping center with a big-box component. Elements of this shopping center are a covered play area within a large outdoor community performance venue surrounded by restaurants and overlooking the lake.  Walking trails, decorative fountains and outdoor enjoyment are a big part of this mall experience.  Pat was responsible for Permit Implementation, Landscape & Hardscape and Construction Administration
