1010 Midtown is a 35-story high-rise condo tower located in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta.  The pride of this mixed use high-rise is the garden and pool area located on the parking deck roof.  Gardens featuring large trees and lush landscape surround a large pool, seven stories above the street below.  We coordinated extensively with the client and design team to create a rooftop garden oasis.  Pat was responsible for Permit Implementation, Landscape & Hardscape Design and Construction Administration
