Winter Garden Village is an open air lifestyle shopping center.  The center is over 90-acres, consisting of a lifestyle component of enhanced hardscape, fountains and artwork thoughtfully connected to the big-box shopping with elegantly designed pedestrian walks.  Pat was responsible for Permit Implementation, Landscape & Hardscape Design Implementation and Construction Administration.
