SODO (South of Downtown Orlando) is a 19+acre mixed-use development with luxury apartments over retail & restaurant.  This development features large specialty paving walks and arcades, brick crosswalks and stamped concrete intersections and a center roundabout.  Wonderful streetscape plantings were created of Live Oaks and Palms with potted plant accents. Pat worked closely with the client and was responsible for Permit Implementation, Landscape & Hardscape Design and Construction Administration.
